This series concrete mixer machine is the latest compulsory type concrete mixer which was researched and developed by our scientific researcher and some experts, main features such as:
1. Fixed tank and chassis, mixing shaft no longer bears the weight of materials and the tank's pressure, thus extending the life of the mixing shaft.
2. It adopt automatic opening discharge,avoid the shortcomings of raw material retentin during rotation tank discharging .
3.Clean and fast discharge.
4. It is easy to maintenance,may save time,labour and attractive apperances.
5. High productivity.This series machine may mix plasticity concrete and subarid rigid concrete ,flowability concrete,light aggregate and mortar. Once it is combined with batching machine,it will be formed medium and small scale concrete batching plant,which applies to highway,bridge,engineer dam,large and medium scale prefabricated factory.

- The mixer body and the frame are fixed, the stirring shaft is no longer subjected to the pressure of the material and the weight of the tank body, thereby prolonging the service life of the stirring shaft.
- Reasonably designed with elegant appearance, quick assembling and disassembling, convenient transportation.
- Js series twin shaft automatic electric js500 mini concrete mixer has double mixing blades quantity compared with common twin shaft horizontal mixers. Outter ring pushes material to be boiling status, while inner ring shovel shears in radial direction, realize violent and sufficient mixing for material in a short time.
- Adopts the electronic weighing syetem to measure all the aggregate cement water liquid additive.
